Questions
Good to know.
Is it really free to start?
Yes. Your first three months are free. After that, membership is $20 a month — and you can cancel any time before then.
How do I use an offer?
Unlock it in Citypex and you get a single-use code. Show the code at the counter; the business checks it and applies the discount.
Can I use the same code twice?
No. A code is issued to you for one offer, and it's spent the moment the business verifies it.
Are the businesses checked?
Yes — every business is reviewed by a person before it appears on Citypex.
Which cities is Citypex in?
We're opening city by city. Join now and you'll see offers as businesses near you go live.
Can I cancel?
Any time. There's no contract, and nothing renews after you cancel.
